Orchard Compass began as the operating system of Sunstone Valley, a macadamia estate in Hazyview, Mpumalanga: about 400 ha under title, 204 ha planted. It ran the estate before it had a name of its own. We now develop it for every orchard.

The brand idea is the voice that knows where every block, crew and bin is and tells you which way is forward. 4 colours, one condensed display face, one device: the viewfinder bracket around a navigation arrow. The same discipline runs through the software: one meaning per colour, a word on every status, no exclamation marks.
