The digital twin
Orthomosaic, cadastre, blocks, rows and trees held once. The map answers where; the browser answers which ones and how many. Work orders, scouting, sprays and irrigation all key to the same tree, row and block identities.

Tree recognition
Counts and places trees from drone imagery, row by row, and highlights the open positions. Registered in Labs with its method, results so far and a viewer.

The irrigation engine
Season policy × forecast × probe readings → a week plan per block in hours, millimetres or cubic metres, recalculated every morning. Spray windows from delta-T, heat, wind and rain; fire-danger rating daily.

Valve and pump automation
Gear-operated butterfly valves fitted with actuators under LoRaWAN control, pumps on variable-frequency drives with a pressure interlock, flow and pressure read back into the event log so every run is verified, not assumed.

Energy and smart control
Deye inverter cloud feed with freshness on every value; energy balance, trends, anomalies and money by period; rules that would move pumping into hours of surplus solar, evaluated every cycle and logged.

Ask Compass and the page reader
Claude reads photographed logbook pages and invoices and proposes the rows; a person confirms. Ask Compass answers questions from the portal's own data under the asker's permissions and never changes a record.

The audit chain
Append-only. Each entry carries a SHA-256 hash of the one before it, so nothing can be changed or removed without breaking the chain. Every production deploy verifies the chain before the portal restarts.

Security and privacy
Permissions checked on the server for every screen, action and download. Two-step sign-in, trusted devices, recovery codes, invitation links. Sensitive particulars masked, bank accounts encrypted, a vault with its own key.

Connections that earn trust
Every outside connection starts as a labelled mock and is promoted step by step to sandbox and production. Until it reaches production its figures carry the label. Integration health shows each queue: pending, failed, dead-letter, last delivery.
